The history of stove-boiling tea can be traced back to the Neolithic Age. 8000 years ago, in Xiaoshan Hangzhou, tea making tools were unearthed. In the Tang Dynasty, the “Classic of Tea” recorded in detail the production process and brewing methods of tea. Therefore, boiling tea gradually became popular and became an elegant way of life. The practice of stove boiling tea reached its peak during the Song Dynasty. literati and scholars often gathered around the furnace in cold winter, enjoy tea, and discuss poetry, reflecting the sentiments of literati. Nowadays, stove boiling tea is a spiritual expression and cultural symbol.
